Keep in mind that this version of poker is played with the 'European'
card set: it only has 7,8,9,10,J,Q,K,A in four colors.
Because there are less cards, the chance to get combinations is much higher.
To place bets, press numbers 1-9. After betting, press "Y" to mark the card
to be exchanged, or any other key to keep the card.
